Who I help...
Working with clients since 2018 on their health goals (specifically weight loss) has developed my style to be focused on nourishment and balance when it comes to how to live a healthy life. I take that approach with all of my health coaching and consulting clients.
When the focus is during pregnancy, I understand the critical role nutrition plays in supporting the health of both mother and baby during this transformative time. I help expectant mothers optimize their nutrient intake, manage weight gain, alleviate discomfort, and promote overall well-being throughout their pregnancy journey, while also treating the pregnancy journey as a time that should be taken with grace.
In the postpartum period, I support new mothers as they navigate the challenges of recovery and adjustment. By addressing postpartum nutrition needs, I will help mothers replenish their bodies, enhance energy levels, support breastfeeding goals, and recognize depletion and/or deficiencies. With sensitivity and understanding as a mother myself, I will offer practical tips, meal plans, and ongoing guidance to help mothers feel nourished, vibrant, and well-supported.
Understanding that a strong nutritional foundation is vital for children's optimal growth and development. I also specialize in children's nutrition, specifically while starting solids. By working closely with parents and caregivers, I can create meal ideas and educational resources that promote healthy eating habits, address nutritional deficiencies, and foster positive relationships with food. I provide guidance on introducing solid foods, managing picky eating behaviors, and optimizing nutrient intake for specific childhood stages.
